Got my JS2. I can't think of anything else to type, my mind is just blank.... lol.
Phone call not e-mail, 617 area code. Central time zone, 176/4.03 (in case any of the JS1's wanted to know). JS1 on 11/8.
I'll continue to check my TLS account in case anyone wants to PM me with questions of any sort, I wouldn't mind helping out. Oh, and it looks like I don't have to write that Yale 250 anymore lol.

For someone who wants Boston (born and raised here), is Harvard a better option than Yale? Not that I necessarily think I'll get in to Yale, just wondering what you all think.

Let me get this straight: In a thread where people are sweating whether they will get into Harvard or even get an interview for a chance to be admitted, you, someone who is already admitted, come on here to ask whether you would be better off attending (arguably) the only other school in the world that is better than Harvard, a school that hasn't even admitted you yet? Is that right?
Any chance we could get you to go back on another self-imposed exile from TLS?

My B. Thought it was a reasonable question to ask. Guess it would've been better to post in the Harvard Student's thread. No need to be so hostile. Yeah, I'll leave for a while.
Good luck everyone else still waiting.

Fat guilt trip.
Now where's that Lavitz guy at? I need someone to blame for my frustration. I asked you once and I'll ask you again: Where's my JS1? And don't give me one of your "oh well based on last year's thread..." stock BS answer. I WANT THE TRUTH.

Thanks polareagle, that was the best response for helix
Anyway, I have my own conundrum and would appreciate any advice. As I mentioned earlier, I could've sworn I felt my phone vibrate as I exited the subway station. It's a common occurrence for me to lose all service down there and have no record of anyone trying to contact me. There's no record of any call, no e-mail and nothing on my status checker. I'm wondering if I should still hang tight and hope they remember to call / e-mail me or if I should make some effort to contact them. In the past, I know somebody returned a JR2 when he didn't leave a voicemail and it worked out fine. The difference here is that I'm not 100% sure that they did call me, and if I wanted to call the 617 number, I'd have to get someone to PM it to me. I don't want to bother them or interrupt the JS2 calls, and there's still the risk that it wasn't even them calling me(even though it happened right before pandamonium reported the first JS2 call), but I really don't want to wait until possibly Friday to find out. Thoughts?

True, but you also received a voicemail. Still, I guess that means I should wait. At least then if I don't receive one, I can hope it was because they couldn't reach me and that I'll hear back after Thanksgving.
Thanks!

I wouldn't call them because first off you aren't even sure you received a call from anyone, let alone Harvard. Sometimes I swear I feel my phone vibrate and in reality it didn't (phantom vibrations). There is no record of any call. They didn't leave you a voicemail. Chances are you have the jitters and were imagining things. How would you explain how you got the number? I can't imagine that if it was them they wouldn't leave a voicemail or email you, or just not call you back at some point today.

Yes, helix, I already decided against it and actually realized how silly it sounded when I was typing the story but decided to ask anyway. Thanks for your input though. I may have a long wait ahead of me.

Am I right in believing that almost everone in so far has a 3.9 or above?
