Application complete 1/17; Js1 2/19; JS was great! It was a very relaxed, free flowing conversation! She asked questions directly related to my resume(travel experience)...now the wait begins

Yeah, there are a couple JS2s listed on LSN for last Thursday. I don't really think there's any reliable way to predict JS2s.

Recent JS2 dates according to LSN:

2/14
2/05
1/29
1/22
1/14

Seems like there is at least a week's time between JS2 waves. Considering this and last week's wave, I'd say that the earliest expected JS2s would be tomorrow. Definitely feels like one should be coming up, though--just unclear what JS1 dates they would encompass.
