Congrats to the all the js1s in the waitlist thread! However, selfishly, this last wave has me a little nervous. I am a late submitter (3/18 complete) who has yet to be held/wl'ed/dinged or js1'ed. Is it time to despair?

Can't speak to despair, but I was a 3/18 complete:

3/27: JS1 Invite
4/2: JS1
4/8: JS2

But, I'm a URM and that's always a little funky...

URM here as well, and my cycle has also been indeed quite funky so far.

Thank you! I can't quite believe my luck. Still not sure, but I think the two main contenders at this point are HLS and YLS.
Someone astutely pointed out in the Stanford thread that Columbia didn't send out decisions until January, which contradicts lax's "info" in her profile.
?? I'm guess she updated then...ITTG is all over this newbie though. Lol.

I checked out her profile earlier and I'll vouch that it did say December. Thought it could have been a mistake on lax's part. Not siding with anybody, just laying down the facts.

Just an opportunity for a typo. Do it if it feels right...queue another 3 page discussion where people post whether they did or didn't.

Both types of people have gotten in FYI

Does anyone know how big the HLS fb group last year was? Now its 527, but I wonder if that's cause people left it during the year or something? If it only gets to 527 this year, we're pretty close... :(
