I'm trying to choose a time for the interview and it keeps saying "time slot is unavailable", although, on the calendar it shows it as available. Anyone can help me??

So pumped about your JS1. I love it when law schools see value in an applicant outside of the typical, rigid numbers. Pretty surprising for HLS this early on in the cycle. Well, I hope you get in!

Congrats to everyone else! Rooting for y'all :)
Appreciate this :D Good luck to you as well!

Can you verify that your profile is correct and that you are not a URM? If so, is there anything... unique about your application?

No matter what... Congrats to you, and all of you!
The profile is right -- not a URM. But I'm a non-trad veteran with considerable/unique work experiences. Even w/ the softs though, I did not realistically expect anything and certainly not this early in the sequence. Time to prep for an interview -- thanks for the good karma and good luck to you.

EDIT: profile updated with accurate LSAT.

Congrats! It seems like you are having an amazing cycle! I hope mine goes half as well as yours!
Thanks! So far, it's been far more positive than I expected. BTW -- got the PM and will reply when I get back to my desk.

Cheers :D

I think this happens if you take more than 90 seconds to confirm the appointment?

Did you figure it out?

I wonder if there is any chance they send out acceptance calls for people who had JS1s yesterday before the newest JS1s get started next week?

Is any other JS1ers having difficulty setting up their interview?

Do any of the slots work for you? I had this same problem this morning with a few slots. So I just tried other slots until I found one that worked. There were plenty of slots open and usable, so you should be able to find one.

Thanks for your reply.

It seems that my problem was that I was inputting my LSAC# with the "L" in the beginning. I tried it without the "L" and it seems to have worked.

can any new js1 ers (or oldees) tell if there are more slots open which would imply that more js1s are coming soon (i think. who the hell knows anymore)

There are definitely many more slots available. There are interview slots set aside for 2 weeks from now that we are unable to access as of yet. Which tells me that there are more JS1's coming next week.

When I signed up a few hours ago, there were still probably a couple dozen open slots spread across Tue-Thur of next week. I don't want to play with anyone's emotions by drawing any inferences from this.

To keep this terrible trend going:

Success is counted sweetest
By those who ne'er succeed.
To comprehend a nectar
Requires sorest need.

Not one of all the purple Host
Who took the Flag today
Can tell the definition
So clear of Victory

As he defeated-dying
On whose forbidden ear
The distant strains of triumph
Burst agonized and clear!

-Emily Dickinson

Congrats to today's JS1s! I'm crossing every digit in my body that they send out more tomorrow.

Sorry in advance to those waiting on JS1 or JS2s, but have any of the admitted students received the acceptance package in the mail yet? My parents really want to see mine and begin parading it around, but I still haven't received it.

You can check to see when they sent the binder on the app check page. Once it has shipped it'll probably take 3-5 business days or longer like any other mail. FWIW mine shipped yesterday, I'm sure some other people have received theirs already.

Hey guys

JS1 with a 176/~3.5

So what does JS1 mean..
What percentage of applicants get a JS1 interview and how likely are those with JS1 interviews to be admitted?
