Just checking in to say good luck to everyone! I was a re-taker, a re-applicant and a waitlist rider so there is hope for all of you! Feel free to PM me if you have any questions about what to expect during the application cycle.

Did you write an LSAT addendum and/or did this come up in your interview?

Anything is possible this cycle. But yeah, I predict many of us with above-median LSAT and below-median GPA will get held until after the February deadline when they can evaluate the entire applicant pool. They probably wouldn't want to dip below their traditional 3.8 GPA floor unless they have to in order to maintain their LSAT median. But since it appears they did it last cycle, I'm pretty sure they'll do it again. So there's definitely hope.
I think you guys have a good shot! I'm at 25th percentile LSAT and a bit above 50th for GPA...not so good. :|

Word thanks for the hope... and Eich, with your farm experience, the sky is the limit.
Haha true! I imagine this in the admissions office: "OK, we have two nobel laureates, someone who cured cancer, and a guy who saved orphans from a burning building the same day he scored his 180 - but what we really need is a woman who can carry a full crate of squash by herself and is a very fast kale picker. These are the essential skills we seek.

I mean it kinda - wait, no. Not at all. :P It tastes like a stronger, slightly more bitter spinach.

I wrote an LSAT addendum the first time, but not the second time. It did not come up in my interview.

Feel free to follow up via PM because I don't want to clutter up the thread too much.

Checking in for the ride. Pretty much zero chance, but hey...it's just $85 to MAKE SURE I'm not Harvard material...

I'm checking in as well, but my October retake will determine everything. At least it's motivation to study. I doubt I have any chance at all, but you never know the way things have been going lately. Better to know for sure instead of wondering forever.

From personal experience, I can tell you that you're in the ballpark. You just have to have very good softs to get over the hump. Expect at least a WL.

If anyone has questions, I'm attending HLS in the fall and I got in with sub-25% GPA and above median LSAT. Harvard definitely looks at your softs if you're on the borderline.

Fingers crossed. It's always easier to tell someone else they will get in than to actually believe that you will, though, if you know what I mean.

This was me this time last year haha. After a long cycle of hold - waitlist - accept though it happened! Good luck to all of you and I will throw my name in there for anyone who has any questions, esp as a URM applicant :)

A bit, obviously, but I have my sights zeroed in on Harvard. Whether that's because I think they're the one that I have the best shot at is hard to say.

Retaker here. Fourteen point increase. Still debating whether to write an addendum. Hoping for the best - (and not to be hot by Hurricane Isaac!) edit: *hit
