Wagamama. Chicken Katsu Curry FTW, and you don't even have to fly to the UK to get it anymore.Wormfather wrote:Is there anything better than Boloco Burriotos? It may be the 8th best thing about going to Harvard.

Finally complete today. After 4 weeks. Now JS1 please!!!wisteria wrote:If it makes you feel better, I've been waiting since 11/16. I don't know if this is typical for HLS, but it seems weird to me.

The same thing happened to me like two hours ago. I actually screamed at the machine on the other end of the linesabanist wrote:(phone rings)

ETA the screaming was actually really therapeutic

I was at work, so no screaming allowed. I usually only get free cruise ship calls from Washington numbers, so this one was new.Mr. Elshal wrote: The same thing happened to me like two hours ago. I actually screamed at the machine on the other end of the line

Maybe it's JS testing our fortitude?

Oh I work at a lawl firm. Screaming is tolerated, if not encouraged. Preferably while on speaker phone.sabanist wrote:I was at work, so no screaming allowed. HAHA if this is true, she'll accept me just for my crafty manipulation of the English language. She would have to be impressed with some of the things I came up with in that phone callteiswei wrote:lol and she was on the line hearing all of Elshal's screaming.sabanist wrote:I was at work, so no screaming allowed. Is it bad if your interview only lasts 15 minutes or so?
Also, how would you address KB in a thank you email? I know JS is Dear Dean Soban. Would it be Dear Ms. Buttenbaum, or would you use a different title for her?

Mine was 11:45 and i got a js2 in the next wave. I really don't think you can read that much into an interview--good or bad.edamame wrote:Is it bad if your interview only lasts 15 minutes or so?

and Ms. B would be my guess about it.

If it were me I would go with "Dear Ms." for anyone without a "Dean" in the title, so I think you have it right.edamame wrote:Is it bad if your interview only lasts 15 minutes or so?

Also, no ... it's not necessarily bad at all. My interview was just under 14 minutes and JS called back a week later. Really tough to assess these interviews.

I would really enjoy a JS2, I think.

I would similarly enjoy a JS2. Would also enjoy a JS1, but that's a tiny, insignificant detail...shntn wrote:I would really enjoy a JS2, I think.

Is there a list somewhere of how schools give out acceptances (mail, email, phone)?
