No idea. Have you written a LOCI or Why Cornell?
Working on one now. Why
"Why" as in "Why?" or "Why" and in "Why X"?
I got that
I meant to ask why as to does it matter if I did or didn't in terms if complete update date

I think they might want to gauge interest and if you've submitted additional material or gone beyond the average in the process, they'd be more willing to review your file quicker. If you have decent numbers, this may get you in instead of a WL a few weeks from now. If your numbers are below everything, I don't know.

To be fair, I don't know about the former either, but I'm hoping it makes a difference.

Has anyone done an interview there? How was it? What did they ask?

It's going to be April before we even get initial scholarship offers. My guess... they are preempting our stalling tactics in the negotiation process by waiting to make offers until a week before other schools' deposit deadlines. Well played, Cornell. Well played.

I'm guessing either end of this week or beginning of next week.

Last year the e-mails came out on Friday the 23rd. And when I called them this morning, I was told that the finaid committee was in a meeting reviewing all the completed files, so they're definitely working on it.

No clue honestly. Trying to keep it out of my mind lest I drive myself crazy.
