As someone who is essentially nocturnal and equally neurotic, Michigan updates at between 5-6am EST. Some days it is a bit later but I would say most of the time this is when it updates.

White male and no special softs! I have some cool WE and a background that makes me a little non-trad. And I wrote a nice LOCI/update letter hybrid when I got the "sorry we're taking so long" email. I'll pm you the specifics now (I can do so for the whoever else too), but really nothing super special.
