Probably staggered because people around the country receive the letters at different times?amsong wrote:These come a bit staggered during the week, right? I'm just curious. For reasons. Delusional reasons, one might say, but still.

I think everyone in the continental US will get theirs by Tuesday.amsong wrote:These come a bit staggered during the week, right? I'm just curious. For reasons. Delusional reasons, one might say, but still.

I would think that if you didn't send it after they requested it, they'd be pretty suspicious. So I'd send it with the belief that it's less of a hit than not sending it at all.DaRascal wrote:Guys, I need some advice. I was deferred ED but they requested my most recent transcripts by March 1st in the e-mail since I'm in my senior year of college but my LSDAS took a slight hit and I'm apprehensive about sending them because it can only hurt me. Should I just not send the transcripts to LSAC? I feel like I need to bump my LSAT up a good four or five points and try this again in September anyway lol.
you must send it - if not, they'll just reject you this round, and note that you missed the deadline in your file. that certainly won't look good to the adcomms if you re-apply next year. just suck it up and send it. besides, you might still get in.DaRascal wrote:Guys, I need some advice. I 100% agree Jselson.jselson wrote:I would think that if you didn't send it after they requested it, they'd be pretty suspicious. They're the size of a standard folder.GeneralMuffin wrote:Are the envelopes very large, or regular sized?
I live in Manhattan and the mail arrived, but all my roommates are out and they are the ones with the mail keys.

One interesting excerpt from the ED letter, though:
"We anticipate that almost 7,000 students will apply for the approximately 365 spaces in our entering class."
As far as I know, that's a smaller class size than in past years... wasn't it above 400?
Outside of that, the ED admits shouldn't have any other material until early February, so you guys may have a packet/VCE long before I do haha.
I think they probably put February to give themselves a cushion. I doubt they would make ED admits wait longer to access the ASW than RD admits. Then again, ED admits are going to CLS no matter what, so I suppose they might prioritize wooing RD admits.gabriella97 wrote:Could you explain why we shouldn't expect anything from the Admissions until early February?

No, certainly not haha.HankBashir wrote:Do you think early January applicants will get decisions soon? Then again, I only went complete on 1/15, so I severely doubt it. Waiting just has me on edge.
