You sound ecstatic!

Congrats though!
Apparently Columbia just admitted Eeyore. Couldn't even muster an exclamation mark. :P

Congrats, man. :) Were you admitted via snail mail or email?

Hahaha in retrospect that post looked pretty absurd. Just got the e-mail an hour ago. I work across the hall from a partner, took everything in my power to not start jumping up and down and shouting. Might have overcompensated as a result ;)

Lol school's really cool, and it's gonna pay;
I got skillz at the mic, I be litigatin',
Come on, Columbia, y'all don't be hatin'
Wow... And I thought I was a rapper. Truly blown away.

And yeah I have a C&F issue; I didn't think it would have as big of an impact as it clearly has. I just don't understand why these schools aren't rejecting me if it's such an issue (which it isn't it's honestly quite minor) rather than wait listing me.

I mentally added an "L" to the beginning of one of those words.

Was very confused.

Does reserve mean wait list? Do people get off it or no?

Yeah Reserve is Columbia's waitlist. Traditionally very few people have gotten off the Reserve list because Columbia also has a Hold category from which it draws borderline candidates before resorting to the reserved people. Columbia doesn't like rejecting people, and reserves a TON of people, so the odds of getting off reserve are not too favorable in general.

Seriously? What are you waiting for?

Now there's a charge.
Just kidding ... it's still FREE!
