last time they did the ED decisions in two batches a week apart though, if that holds true this year as well Friday would be the latest for the first round possible...
I hope they announce some decisions this week, but I don't think that we can rely on past cycles for an accurate forecast of how this cycle will turn out, especially with Chicago. The number of overall applicants to all schools has dropped by over 20% since last year, and Chicago appears to be hurting more than many of its peers for applicants. As you all know, Chicago also began conducting interviews this year, which could also push things back because it is just one more thing they must evaluate as part of the decision process.
Even so.... I am blissfully hoping that tomorrow is the day.
