Congrats to all the new admits! and to Lavitz, since 178 + Chicago WL = Yale.

So.. now that all that drama is past, maybe time for some UR action on our late november completes??

+1 to all this.

Getting WLed at Chicago was the biggest disappointment of my cycle, which made getting in four months later even better. Don't give up.

Since we had quite a few decisions today I was thinking we could compile some data for interviewees who have received a decision so those who are still waiting can sort of get an idea of what an interview invite might mean for their chances.

I've never used Google Docs before and I'm pretty much spreadsheet retarded so I basically tried to copy what Papi did with the addition of decision information. This should be totally anonymous, but lmk if I herp derped something.

Form: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/vie ... dWc6MQ&ifq
Spreadsheet: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc ... ldWc#gid=0

Once again, this is for people who have both 1) interviewed and 2) received a decision.

I was wondering this the first time around, but was I the only person to get an invite on 11/19? It seems like every other person got the invites on 11/28 for the first round of interviews...

Early (interview) decision?

I think there's also a lot of other information that could potentially be helpful. The spreadsheet isn't going to say anything about people who have interviewed but received no decision (are there any such people?) Also idk if anybody got accepted without an interview. But idk how to incorporate all that without making it a clusterfuck so I left it all out. If anyone thinks they can make a better form though, please do.

You're just here to troll applemaroon with that LSAT+GPA, right? :? (I think you've definitely got a chance, applem, and the other two in CCN are less focused on GPA, as mentioned.)

But really, gj Ben. Grats!

LOL I know, please don't be trolling. My delicate heart can't take it.

Seriously though, I'm a little too stunned to be trolling anybody, so no wories :D

I know it's early and a weird cycle, but any speculation on how much Chicago uses the waitlist this year?

Meh. It was a pretty long shot. I got into UVA unexpectedly and got ambitious with my apps.

Lol, check out their ASW RSVP page - this is hilarious:

Gender preference for overnight host: *

Female
Male
No preference

I would prefer the following activity outside of the scheduled ASW programming: *

I would prefer to go out and socialize.
I would prefer to watch a movie or stay in for the evening.
I'm flexible and will go with the flow.
Don't worry about me; I plan to keep myself occupied.

Uhhh, I'll take a lovely lady, and, uh, don't worry about me - I'll keep myself occupied.
