No. I received my packet about 10 days after my acceptance letter. Finaid email came later.

Haven't heard anything here. I fully expect a ding but couldn't resist throwing that hail mary into the endzone given Raleigh is my hometown.

My status date has changed twice in the past week though, so they are definitely about to drop that hammer. Wouldn't be surprised if it was today.

I submitted my FAFSA, Need Access, and Scholarship App. I received this email after I sent the finaid app:
"This email is to confirm our receipt of your scholarship application form. The Scholarship Committee will begin to review applications on a rolling basis beginning in January. Scholarship decisions will then be sent via US Mail. Your status checker will also be updated when a scholarship decision has been mailed.
If your address changes after you submit your form, please send updated address information to admissions@law.duke.edu. Thank you for submitting your scholarship application form. We look forward to working with throughout the admissions period."

The craziest shit just happened!!!! I just got a "Welcome to Duke" email even though my status has been stuck on "complete; ready for review" since 12/19. Better yet, my husband to be got in too!!!!! SO EXCITED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

WOW! Major Congrats!!!! This is so great! My husband is interviewing for a job at Duke in Feb. I really hope things will work out for us like it did for you two! Congratulations!!!!!!

If he gets the job and you havent heard back by then, I really encourage you to mention it in a LOCI. I had a really nice exchange with Mark Hill (Director of Admissions) where I explained to him both me and my fiance were applying to Duke and he was very understanding, saying he would make sure our decisions were rendered "on a similar schedule." Clearly he made good on that promise and I don't doubt our correspondence played a major role in this fortuitous outcome

You need to fill out the scholarship application before they offer you any kind of money
