Just received my scholarship letter: $75,000! Definitely a good day today.

Has anyone had any success negotiating with Duke? Sent my negotiation email a week ago, got a quick response telling me that they would consider, and no word ever since.

Also interested in this. I'm at the same point. They just sent me a quick email saying that they'd reconsider but that they have limited funding. However, I just sent the email on Sunday. I hope it works out though because I really enjoyed asw but can't justify taking Duke over some scholarships from higher ranked schools.

I sent my letter in on Sunday but did not get a confirmation e-mail from them. Who did you send it to?

Application submitted first week of January...UR 2/25...I knew I wasn't an early application but I didn't think I was so late that I wouldn't get a decision (still waiting) until all the seats were given out...which I am guessing they must be pretty close to having done by now.

anybody else still waiting for a decision and if so have you called them? How are you interpreting this lack of a decision? Not hearing until May really stinks but I am hoping that means we may be one step closer than waitlisters. Don't bash me here for trying to find a positive spin, let me have some hope since I have to deal with this lack of a decision. Comments??? Give me something to read while I wait!

Complete since 1/17. UR since 2/25. Still haven't heard a thing.

What does it mean if my status keeps updating to "under review" but with a new date. As in, I've been under review multiple times but the date keeps changing. Are you all who are "under review" seeing a constant date on the status checker?

My date hasn't changed. It has been 2/25 the whole time.
