Be careful - the 2012-2013 (testing) option is just the same data as the 2012-2013 option, but after the LSN update (as of two days ago, I think). This is what you want to look at:

So, right now, in that range, it shows 329 admits last year and 230 admits this year so far. That's approximately 70% of last years total, and I'd bet that a lot of people haven't put up their results yet, so as a rough guess, probably about 1000 offers total have gone out (with 700-800 not having been posted on LSN).
ETA: my comment on the 2012-2013 (testing) is no longer relevant, because it's no longer an option... I just copied the most recent data over to 2012-2013 since it seems to be working fine
