Sorry for being so curt yesterday, but I've been going nuts between waiting and studying for finals. I did receive a phone call yesterday (ED). Hang in there folks and good luck!

Submitted 9/13, Complete 9/19...I retook in October, so I think it took me awhile to go UCR.

RD submitted and complete before that and I've been UR since 11/20. I'm way more borderline than you so this is probably a good sign!

Tell them that that's a very personal request and you're uncomfortable with it.

If they are asking then obviously they haven't written you off. But they also aren't sold on you.

True. I think the amount of time I planned to study for finals just tripled :?

Seriously. I was accepted Ed and thought I was in the clear but I recently heard they are able to reverse on their decision if you bomb your gpa. Idk if this true or not but either way it Definitely provided me with the extra motivation to study

I think it is. They are clearly interested in you, but they want/need to know more. It may be that you're application is missing one or two important pieces of information that they need to make a decision, they may have an unresolved question, or it may be that they didn't get a clear enough picture of who you are from your application. Regardless, they are interested. Good luck with the interview! Hopefully we will see you at ASW.

Got an email this morning asking for a phone interview. Just got off the phone with Dean Post. The interview was straightforward as everyone else has been saying (why law, what about Penn, etc.). God I hope I get in! Good luck to everyone else.

Have all the interview requests been ED?

I'm ED and, as far as I can tell, yes.

Looks like it. I guess they're still making up their minds about ED people - I wonder if early RD applicants will just have to wait until next week for the first acceptances.

Got nervous and talked crazy fast during the interview. Other than that I think it went okay. I am reminded of the wise words of Bane. "There can be no true despair without hope." Don't crush my dreams now, Penn. You just gave me hope!
