It just changed a few minutes ago.

My status checker just changed to wait list. No e-mail. Sooo yeah. Was really hoping for some good news this week.

Thanks!!! I think I was held with the first wave of RDs in late December. I had written a Why Penn before being held, and I didn't submit a LOCI. But I updated them on what I've been up to this semester, and sent them an updated transcript and another recommendation letter. So it was kind of like showing them that I'm still interested without sending a LOCI.

Still sitting at UR1 2/21. Desperately waiting for UR2 so I can desperately wait for a decision. So much desperate waiting.
