By now I think it has become clear there are definitely no hidden trends in Penn's UCR dates, unfortunately, so no point in attempting to find patterns .

I think I was 12/1, then 1/4 so I'm sweatin'. In other news, I sent out notification of an updated transcript and Penn is the only one that hasn't replied yet, out of ten schools.

I'm pretty sure it's because they already had me in the "accept" pile so my GPA's ascent didn't really matter. That's what I'm telling myself

Damn you, I was just about to be done with obsessive status checking for the day, and do the first non-distracted hour of work I've done all day.

EDIT: At this point I'd trade one of my other T14 acceptances for just an updated UCR from Penn .

Oh, wait. I just saw the 10 and assumed the date changed to this month, but it didn't... It's still 12/10.

I wonder what changed... because both my own status checker, and the LSStatusChecker, detected a change, but apparently the date is not it.

I was wondering the same. Did the email say you were "waitlisted"? I got an email last month that they decided to "hold" my file for further review but I'm not sure if that's the same thing or not.
