I JUST GOT THE CALLLL!!!

I got a call earlier today with a message saying to call back. I called back and was phone interviewed, around 3pm, then got another call from Dean Schwartz at 7pm with the good news!!!!

SO EXCITED! and yes i think there are more spots to fill at this point. Good luck!

Recently got off the waitlist with a very attractive scholarship offer. I'll need to rethink things now haha.

They had a big push leading up to the holiday, but that doesn't necessarily mean the class is full. It might be a few days before they start calling people again.

I'm curious.. How many other TLSers are still on the waitlist at UCLA? Hopefully, for the sakes of those of us still hanging in there, the list has started to shrink down considerably...

Still on. Emailed LOCI in May and June. Haven't heard anything, not even acknowledgment of my second LOCI.

I'm still on the waitlist as well. I spoke to people in Admissions last week and they said the class isn't full yet.

wow a skype interview? i've never heard of that happening before...tell us how it goes and good luck!!

They asked me for the same thing, and a couple others on here of whom I know. I've also been asked at other schools, so I think it's pretty common. If you'd rather do a phone interview just ask, he's really nice about it. Also, as far as I know, the interview is more of a formality than anything else, so don't stress too much. Good luck!
