Last year there were about 100 people on the waitlist report form. This year there's about 70, but there are a lot of non-reporters (like me). If anything this year's TLS contingent of waitlisted people would be smaller, if we go by the numbers. But whether the 2012 WL is smaller or not, there are many more reported JS1/KB1s (21) in the initial wave
than in previous years (last year's 12 JR1s?).
The increased number of people in Harvard's initial WL--->JS1/KB1 wave could be the result of more Yale WL-admits this year than last year (0-2 then vs 5-10 now).
