Congrats guys! Does HLS usually have a WL URM wave first? I wasn't sure. Is there hope for non-URMs still? Also JS is back....what a weird cycle.

Does anyone know what % of phone interviews off the waitlist lead to acceptances? Is it higher than from the general applicant pool?

Also two questions: a.) has anyone who's non-URM received a JS1? and b.) do we have actual reason to believe that there will be a continuing/second wave this week into next week? Or are we just all really optimistic/relieved that there's movement at all?
