Once we offer you admission via phone, you have 48 hours to decide whether to enroll at Emory Law. If you are admitted before June 1, a nonrefundable tuition deposit of $250 is due upon acceptance, followed by $500 by June 1. After June 1, a nonrefundable tuition deposit of $750 is required. The deposits will be credited to your first semester tuition."
It sounds like they just want the deposit not that it is binding... I think they would mention that clearly if it was.
Thanks, I do remember seeing this now, just didn't remember the offer for admission being via telephone. I agree with you that based upon the language, the deposit is not binding.
