Fingers crossed that we hear good news today. BTW, you must be excited that you have a full ride at AU for PI as a back-up. Congrats on that. I also want to do PI exclusively and in DC, but I was waitlisted at AU, GW, and GULC (obviously my top choice).

i've been seeing/hearing of some movement on GW and AUWCL's lists lately. hope one goes to you, politicaljunkie. waitlists are miserable. and i hope we both get that magical email from andy today.

this will officially be the slowest friday at work. ever.

I assume a trickle will continue but here's the 4/13 email passage:

If you don’t hear from us first, the key date for us (and you) is May 1 when our first deposits are due.  With the usual extension requests, we will know for sure whether we have any openings by Friday, May 11th at the latest. On our end, we will try to keep you as up to date as possible on the waitlist situation, both before and after May 1st.

I just found out via email, but now that I am looking back on my status checker, my citizenship status updated to USA, and my address changed from N to North and Apt. to Apartment. However, I remember checking my status checker pretty obsessively the day that I got in, and didn't see any of these changes appear on there before getting the email. My complete date also updated to the day I received the email.

Do status checkers automatically update to a different address starting at a certain date if you listed it through your lsac application?

Mine went from my school address to my home address.

Mine did too... I think it's just the date that you listed on your application that your current address would be active until

that is really strange especially since it even says at the bottom of the status checker that it is not their policy to release decisions by phone. i also don't remember anyone else ever mentioning a phone call. interesting....

Sent in 2 LOCIs before...

I didn't hear anything for 3 weeks

The phone call was from my advisor was to gauge interest.. Response was "going to the dean"

I haven't heard anything back yet
