+1 ... my liver may never forgive me ... I think I counted 4 kegs at the talent show... It was awesome!

Hey everyone! I also went to ASW this past weekend. Everyone was very friendly and Blackacre was pretty awesome!!! The LS is fairly new and the rooms were nice. Vanderbilt itself is a beautiful campus. The ONY thing that rubbed me the wrong way was the Torts professor. She is obviously very wealthy and wanted you to know it. She made references to her Louboutin shoes, which I know range from upper hundreds to thousands. Incase you didn't know that , she was sure to add " oh and they are very expensive shoes." She then went on to talk about a condo complex she owns in DC. She related this all to the topic at hand, but it just came off as arrogant. Don't get me wrong I love having nice things, but the way she expressed it just didn't sit well with me. Otherwise, all of the other faculty, administrators, and staff were AMAZING! Oh and of course, Nashville rocks in and of itself.

In!!! Just got the FedEx box.

FWIW my "Decision Mailed Date" on Virtual VLS is still blank. So to anyone still waiting, there's still hope!

Has anyone that has submitted their ASW reimbursement request heard anything back? I only submitted it yesterday but I haven't received any confirmation that I did it correctly...I just emailed Sandy in admissions with my address. There wasn't a form to fill out, was there?

I attached a rental car receipt (to get my $18 ground transportation) to my e-mail but that was it. They already have your airline itinerary if you booked through Frosch. I got a "thank you" e-mail the following afternoon; the check got to California about a week later.

I'm waiting to get my ASW reimbursement back, and then I'll be withdrawing. FWIW, I think all waitlisters have a decent shot this year with apps being down. Best of luck.

I don't think so- I called this morning about a question with the refund, and they said they had the receipts from FROSCH. I'd imagine you should be fine.

No .. of course not. I don't see how/why that would change anything. You should not be worried.

So the LSAT median is 169 but the range is from 165-170? What are typical numbers for acceptance to Vandy? Pretty much like the lower t14 in that a 3.5/169 is enough?

I think that for Vanderbilt, and most of the lower t14, a 3.5/169 is good for a waitlist. I would venture to guess that with a 3.5 you would want a 170-171 to feel confident in admissions to Vandy or the lower t14. I'm basing entirely off lawschoolnumbers, so I may be wrong.
Also, I'm not sure what you mean by "typical numbers". It seems that people who are accepted to any school are at/above at least one median, if that helps you at all?
