I called yesterday and they said both merit and need-based scholarship info was going out this week. So we should have it by Friday.

Thanks bro. GL on Harvard. Didn't get anything today either...is it going by snail mail or is Vandy really that big on FedExing everything?

If you drive:
Please let us know if you plan to rent a vehicle or drive your own and provide a Mapquest / Google Maps link of your trip. If you drive your own vehicle, we will reimburse your mileage for reasonable round-trip driving distances at the current Vanderbilt reimbursement rate. We will respond with the amount you are approved for reimbursement, once we review the request. If you elect to rent, we will reimburse your rental car and cost of gas up to the amount you would receive for round-trip mileage. You are encouraged to rent an economy or standard vehicle. Once I have replied to your request, please email Sandy Weinstein in the Admissions Office (sandra.weinstein@vanderbilt.edu) and provide the address where you would like the reimbursement check mailed. After you have visited, we will order reimbursement and a check will be mailed to you, normally within 21 days of the order.

Anyone? Mail? Anyone?

Sorry guys. I swear I'm not this nuts. This is just a big part of my decision, I'm pretty much down to 2 schools.

Man they are seriously dropping the ball on this one. I cannot imagine what the hold up is on their end. Maybe they're revamping the scholarship packages to hand out more full rides. Maybe they're waiting to make offers until they have the full applicant pool in.

Maybe they're wanting some people to withdraw before they make offers.
