I'm repeating for the new page..

Do we have anyone whose app. is complete and is still waiting on a response from the school? And what this may possibly mean in terms of prospects?

Thanks again!

I called and asked this question. She said, "If you had been awarded a scholarship or grant, you have have been notified in your original acceptance packet."

Looks like my file just changed from Complete to DR.. good news? God willing!

Yeah...$205k is a lot of debt to take on. The monthly payment would be about $1600 with the 25 year repayment plan. However, remember that you can opt for the income-based repayment plan, which could make your payment as low as $500 a month, with the remainder getting canceled after 25 years of payments (or 10 years if you're working for the government). The debt is very daunting, but there is usually always a way to pay it and still live a comfortable life. Just something to consider.

all decisions are mailed via USPS. it's their policy. there is no way to determine the outcome from your status checker; everyone's says "decision rendered."

Yup! I'd like to stay in So Cal and Pepperdine would be ideal, especially now with the T1.

Confirmed with Pepperdine...no $$$ for me.

I will be withdrawing this afternoon. At 32 with a wife and child, I am just not comfortable with sticker price living in SoCal. It's expensive enough here with our two salaries...

EDIT
Ok, so sad, but I just sent my withdrawal email...Damn I wish I hadn't used my GI Bill so much already...

Would have been nice if it was before my DR was sent out haha

Honestly though, best of luck wherever you do decide to attend, and thank you for your service to our country!

Same here, anyone know if there is a step between "Complete" and "Decision Rendered"?

Nah, no step between those two, but Pepperdine usually finishes sending out most acceptances by the end of March, so GL!

So did anyone on here receive a DR on their file at the beginning of this week?

Curious.
