I am in the exact same boat, complete and in review since 4/11. They told me 4-8 weeks when I called. In other words late May or early June. Did you hear the same thing or maybe something else? Also can you message me or provide your #'s on this discussion board. I will send you one in a moment with my #'s.

Anybody having issues with the website? I can go to it but then it won't load. Does this mean the site is simply down or are do they have status updates and that is why we cannot get on?

Anyone hear anything whatsoever from Southwestern recently? I have been sitting on complete and in review since the 11th of April. Also anyone know when the status checker usually updates everyday?

I’ve been waiting since April 11, 2012 as well. I saw that transfer apps are due sometime in late June/early July for a lot of schools in the Los Angeles area. Does anyone know if outbound transfer students will allow more spaces to open up for first time applicants or are outbound transfer students usually replaced with inbound transfer students (from other law schools).

I am actually applying as an L1 not a transfer but thanks for the info. Where are you at school currently?

I'm applying as a 1L as well. I've been accepted to WSU with $$$.

Have any waitlisted students heard back yet? It's already June..

Also, I found it pretty funny how I was put on the waitlist since I've been accepted into much higher ranked schools. Wonder if this has happened to others as well? Southwestern was supposed to be my "Backup" school..

Anyone else still waiting for an initial decision? I was complete since 3/21 but then my status date changed to 5/25 but I've still been in review since then.

I was complete on 4/11 I believe. Then the school requested additional information. Changed to complete on 05/26

I need to know!!!!!!!!!!!!! Just accept or deny me!!!!!! This is worse than I thought waiting around on the schools. The LSAT wasn't even this bad.

Have any waitlisted students heard back yet? Also, for traditional day waitlisted students, have any of you received calls to be placed on the partime/evening programs? Please let me know! thanks :)

Im giving up on ever receiving a response...

=(

It is taking a really long time. I have been waiting 8 weeks. However, it does say expect a response from 8-12 weeks and that they try to render decisions sooner.

I heard back on Tuesday via e-mail. I already accepted the waitlist offer. Is being waitlisted like a SOFT reject? Some people have said that.

My advice for getting off the waitlist? Don't try to get off the waitlist! You will have to pay sticker off of the waitlist. And that certainly is not worth it
