I know most of you have already found apartments, but for those few remaining I wanted to let you know about something that opened up. I live at Kelly House (corner of crown/temple). It is a 10 minute walk to the law school and located at one of my favorite locations downtown. My landlord is pretty amazing and I talked to him the other day to see if he had anything else available for incoming students. He just had a 1 BR open up that he said he just renovated. Not sure of the price. Anyways, I know how tough housing options can be in New Haven and love my place so I figured I'd pass this on.
