Status updated again to yesterday's date, still "in review." Hopefully this means a decision is near?

When did you all submit/ go complete? I am just wondering how long it normally takes for someone to go into review.

I submitted 10/26 and went into review a few days after that. This is my 4th review date change I think.

Anyone on here In Review for part-time? I have been sitting at "Ready for Review" since early december. I submitted around that time as well. No activity since then, just curious if others are experiencing this as well (trying to gauge if I have a weak application).

Yes, I guess I should have pointed out that I applied for part time. I applied just before thanksgiving and been sitting at "ready for review" since 11/28.... but my LSAT score is rather crappy.

I applied PT at first in late November, and have been "In Review" since early December. I decided to ask to have them switch it for FT consideration, even though my scores are below the median. I figured that I would rather not bother with a PT program anyway, unless it was at least a T50, which Brooklyn isn't. We'll see how this plays out... good luck all!

Did you ask them to switch you for FT before or after you went into review? Just trying to get a handle on whether they are looking at FT only or reviewing PT applicants right now.

I switched after I went IR, so I guess that doesn't really help too much eh?

I definitely understand your reasoning and it was my thinking exactly for other schools I applied to. However, Brooklyn Law is literally 10 minutes away from the law firm I currently work and it would be great to keep my job. I would have done the same for Cardozo but its a day program so I applied full time. (Perhaps stupidly... lol)

You know that Cardozo has that May part-time program? You basically are a part-time day student I believe with a start in May 2012 and you basically end up automatically enrolled as a full-time 2L student after 1L, which is clearly longer than with full-time. Still, I think the medians will be more relaxed for that and I went for it.

I get the whole part-time/keep your job thing. I would have done the same here in CT at UConn as I work literally 5 minutes away from the law school, but I honestly just want to be done in 3 years and do it full-time so I can fully focus on school (that and I'm tired of being a paralegal doing mindless bitchwork).

I am also tired of that mindless para work, but I have worked all through undergrad and managed to keep my GPA up, so its okay. Plus, I am assuming you're a CT resident so you'd get that instate tuition at UConn. BK would be slightly more expensive. Ah, we'll see what happens. So far I have not heard back from neither BK nor Dozo.

Yeah, instate and/or schollys sound good to me right now. Still, I hope to hear positive things from all three so I have options. Best of luck to you!!!
