They had just started construction so I didn't really get a good sense of what the building was going to be like.
Haven't received my packet yet either, also planning to visit at some point. I like the joint jd/llm in Taxmrtoren wrote:Admitted a couple of days ago. The packet hasn't arrived so I don't know how much money I will be receiving or what the stipulations will be. Planning to fly out in January to visit.
I sent my app in on 11/06 and was accepted yesterday.ShowJumper560 wrote:How long did everyone have to wait to receive their acceptances?
I live and work in Baltimore and pass by the new law school building everyday on my commute. I can tell you this, I think it's going to be a pretty sweet facility that will be on par with UMD's relatively newer law school building. The exterior looks like it will be all glass, and the building is 6-8 stories tall. It's also directly across the street from Penn Station, making it an easy commute for out of town folks.stephinmd wrote:Construction webcamAllezOM wrote:

It is very difficult to stare at the new building while driving past, and also navigate those sharp curves on I83z0rk wrote:I live and work in Baltimore and pass by the new law school building everyday on my commute. Peter Angelos wants this school to make it into the rankings and he keeps throwing quite a lot of money into UB. Given UB's reputation in the state of Maryland and its upward trend in admission statistics, I believe it will become a top 100 law school eventually.
Fortunately for me I take the 3, 11, or 61 bus downtown, so I can stare all I want as we slowly crawl down St. Paul street. I just recently sold my car and my firm hooked me up with a zip car account for trips to Annapolis and the county circuit courtsstephinmd wrote:It is very difficult to stare at the new building while driving past, and also navigate those sharp curves on I83z0rk wrote:I live and work in Baltimore and pass by the new law school building everyday on my commute. If his commitment to the law school is anything like his commitment to the Orioles, ya'll are in for some trouble.z0rk wrote:Peter Angelos wants this school to make it into the rankings and he keeps throwing quite a lot of money into UB.
