I have a low (sub 25th) GPA, and 161. If you're going to apply, there's really no reason not to use the fee waiver...
Sorry, I meant more should I bother using it and applying. I haven't paid an app fee yet, and don't plan to.
I have a 158/3.5UGPA, (3.6 by graduation Dec. 19)/3.42 LSAC, would I be in the running for scholarship money? I'm retaking tomorrow (hope for a few more points, based on my PT's).
Thanks for sharing.

I have a 159 and a 3.68 and was accepted with a generous scholarship. I would think you have a great shot at being accepted and at least getting something.

I sent in apps to my top schools. I'm going to wait until I receive the Dec. score to throw in a few more apps. It's hard not to when you have so many fee waivers (like everyone else). One of my friends is going to Rush for grad school, and loves Chicago.

Got my admissions packet in the mail today, and also a DePaul Law t-shirt, haha
Ended up getting 20k per year. Really surprised I got this much considering my numbers (below 25th GPA / 161), so it moves DePaul up on my list quite a bit. It does, though, have a 3.2 stipulation for the first year to maintain it for second and third. Secondary stip is getting over a 2.9 your first year and you get half (10k each year) for second and third years.

DePaul must have different stipulations for different scholarships. I know someone who got a scholarship and all they have to maintain is a 2.5. I wonder how normal that is. What is the equivalency for a 2.5?

Wow. They were much more generous than I had expected. I never thought I'd say this but maybe just maybe I'll stay in Chicago haha. $90,000 seems like a lot of money to turn down...

For those of you that got in with $$, would you mind sharing your numbers? I got In today and I'm wondering what to expect when my packet comes in the mail. Mine are 3.1/168 btw.
Thanks.

you will get plenty of mullah, but I imagine that you will get plenty from UIUC and WUSTL as well. 60k 164/below 25th GPA here. BTW, got my t-shirt today. It actually looks really cool and after washing it seems to fit well, too. Also, can anyone address this section stacking I here so much about? what is it and how does it affect students?

164 LSAT/above 75th GPA. I got 90K. I'm a bit of an outlier though. I sold my soul to DePaul four years ago. I had a feeling they would throw something big to try and get me to stay...

How much money would you guys need in order to accept DePaul and take on the Chicago legal market? They gave me big money but it terrifies me to graduate without employment.
