Nope, waiting for it, as well as the pt summer still
I wonder why they aren't moving on to accepting wait-listed people and are instead offering full rides to people who already withdrew...................
I was hoping there would be a lot more room after people withdrew, but now they're trying to lure them back in with more money, I bet it's affecting the wait-list

same here.. btw did anyone get into May PT program during the past week and this week? Less than four weeks left till the program starts in 5/21...

Yeah I got off the waitlist onto the May program on 4/5. The private Facebook group has added about 6 people since I joined it 2-3 weeks ago. Hope that helps and hope to see you there!

Also, the total number of people on the group "Cardozo School of Law 2012 May Entering Class" is 68. Several are moderators and mentors so subtract 10-15, consider that the May class is about 100 people, add your favorite margin of error and that's likely the number of spots left in the class.

Facebook has never been kind to me. Mine still says 68 and 6 new... does it only indicate new members as those after you've joined? And which one are you? I'm Stephanie Lim HI!

I think you two might be talking about two different Facebook groups? There is one for Fall 2012 entering class and the other for May 2012 entering class. I think sd5289 was referring to Fall 2012 entering class group..

Hey, people in the May program, just thought I'd put this out there: it's okay to stay on waitlists for the first semester and drop out of Cardozo if we get offers, right? Are you guys telling your waitlisted schools that you're doing the program?

Naw, I wouldn't stop going to class, I'd take finals and get my money's worth for the semester. The schools I'm waitlisted at start later in August so I'd still be able to start in the fall. Plus, I thought all us May starters were rich since they don't give us merit scholarships!

Thanks for your input. Yeah, better safe than sorry I suppose. I've already stated it as my "significant academic update" in a LOCI to one school and will put it in my first LOCI for the other. If they don't make a fuss then I'm in the clear maybe?

Yeah, I think the whole thing is about transparency. Being honest, etc. It's not a transfer, but that would mean it still falls under the guidelines they put forth concerning "all previous law school" experience before matriculation.

Yeah I remember that line in the application and it was a bit disconcerting. Still, when I digitally signed the thing it was true... Do you think I should call the schools or would the LOCI be sufficient?
