I have a full ride to Villanova so everything is pretty much being compared to that.

Went complete the middle of December. (13 or 16, can't remember)

But I am a splitter with a super high GPA but pretty low LSAT :///

i was complete and in review since 10/27 with no updates in between... the phone call caught me off guard because of this reason... also i was taking a nap. (i just checked my phone to make sure i wasnt dreaming)

I was accepted a couple days a go with a full ride! Also, congrats to all those who have been accepted thus far and to those still waiting just keep hope. Good news is on the horizon.

My post is to either alumni of Cardozo or current students. Do you feel a law degree from Cardozo is well respected within NYC? Nationally?

Also, just tell me your general thoughts on the school and your experiences.

I've got several cousins in BigLaw and according to them, If you talking about BigLaw, then you're a bit short, as you've got to be in the top 10%, compared with the top 25% at Fordham and top $34% at Georgetown. However, outside of BigLaw, MidLaw is good 50/50 shot, and governmental positions like Cardozo's rep on securities regulation and corporate governance. Last, as for smaller regional firms, Cardozo has a solid rep for practical clinical training and pushing out lawyerrs who are ready to practice out-of-the-box, easily ahead of Brooklyn, NYLS, St. John's, Hofstra, Rutgers, etc..
