I think all guides at CU, and pretty much every school, are instructed to be dodgy about career prospects. I agree that they should at least be able to spout the statistics that are published by the career service office. Beyond that though, I think it would be an improper opinion. Law students figure out that schools do not get you jobs, you get a job. If you do well at CU or DU you will get interviews, but thats it.Ginj wrote:Nah. Wasn't me. The prof was female. As far as the tour guide is concerned, I've also toured a good number of schools, and I never had any tour guide object to answering or lack the knowledge to answer similar questions.
Like I said, there are a lot of circumstances that impacted my experience there, and I understand that that may not have been representative...which is why I encourage everyone to visit.
