As far as the tour guide is concerned, I've also toured a good number of schools, and I never had any tour guide object to answering or lack the knowledge to answer similar questions.

Like I said, there are a lot of circumstances that impacted my experience there, and I understand that that may not have been representative...which is why I encourage everyone to visit.

I'm glad you're enjoying your time there. If you have any additional insight, we're all ears (eyes?).

I think all guides at CU, and pretty much every school, are instructed to be dodgy about career prospects. I agree that they should at least be able to spout the statistics that are published by the career service office. Beyond that though, I think it would be an improper opinion. Law students figure out that schools do not get you jobs, you get a job. If you do well at CU or DU you will get interviews, but thats it.

Fire away if you have questions!

I have them, too. I doubt it means anything.

In the amount due part? I don't have it there but I have it to the far left.

My application just went complete on Monday and said the deposit information way before that, so I don't think it means anything.

Filled out my app today. I've filled out a number of apps already but Colorado just kept calling to me so I figured why not. Good luck all :)

I applied even though I'm from New Jersey - after making a small error on my application I spoke to someone at Admissions. Why does everyone out in Colorado and in the west seem to be so nice?

Why is the Character and Fitness part unchecked? Does everybody have that as well? I didn't need to include that, so I'm not sure if everyone else has it too.

I've been complete since 9/27. So. No. Of course, they say RD decisions will start to come out in January.

Yeah that's what it looks like historically as well. I was curious if the status checker stays 'complete' until decision.

I ED'd (barely got it in on the 14th, confirmed over the phone I made it by the 11/15 deadline). Still not in review. If anything changes I'll let y'all know!

Yeah I Ed'd as well, status is still just Complete. I'm probably an auto-ding though.

Slightly off-topic, anyone else notice that they still haven't updated their incoming class numbers from c/o 2013? Was the class of 2014 not what they'd hoped? If anyone's heard anything new would you mind sharing?
Thanks. Good luck everyone!

Class of 2014 medians are 164/3.64. I also noticed that CU's website has not been updated with these numbers, but don't know why this hasn't been done. Try contacting the school admissions office & asking.

Thanks! Looks like the 164 stayed the same and just a little movement from 3.61 to 3.64.

They just added "we have mailed a decision letter 12/9/11" in my mailings. It says nothing about the type of decision, is this a bad thing? I applied ED, my guess is that they're rolling me into the regular decision pool, but you never know!

I think I got rolled into RD because it still says my application is complete, not "decision rendered" and in the thread for last year, one ED mentioned there was an e-mail along with the letter for admission. No e-mail for me. Anyone know the stats on being rolled into RD?

I'll be shocked if it's not a Rejection or WL.

Just saw this thread.....I'm happy to hear others are as anxious as me!

I'm also waiting to receive my CU letter by mail. My status still reads 'your application is now complete', but my residency status did change. I'm assuming if they have mailed a decision letter and the status isn't updated, it means WL because the application email said "We will mail you a letter when the Admissions Committee has made a decision and update your online status to “Decision Rendered.” Admissions decisions are generally made through the end of May." I guess everyone who is not accepted ED is automatically WL instead of rejected.

But hopefully we're all wrong and will receive a warm acceptance........ :)

Good luck!
