I just called admissions and was told that no decisions will be sent out until after the holidays!

I'm an alumni and can still log in and I have that too...I ten went further and went to webreg and I have a new student ID!!???? Could this be good news or a horrible let down trick I just played on myself?

Hmm, I have a law section on my studentaccess too...

i'm pretty sure that doesn't mean anything, don't read into it too much.

think about it, all students (undergrads, law students, med students, etc) need a student ID number which corresponds to their social security number/student file and all that. of course they wouldn't bother duplicating that file and giving us a new student ID number. our law app is probably just reusing the same file/student ID number and so shows up there.

The student access info doesn't mean anything. I knew someone who was denied and still had UCI Law stuff on her student access.

That's disappointing. I was hoping to hear from them soon. Any word on whether they send scholarship info with acceptance, or later on?

No idea. I've still only received an acceptance email. Have any accepted students actually received an acceptance letter in the mail yet?

i don't think it is, as someone said their friend had it and yet got rejected.

Submitted 10/29. Stats 170/3.3. The only contact I had previously from UCI was 11/18 when they sent me an email saying I could expect a decision within 4-6 weeks. HTH.

In via e-mail from Dean Austin. She also said an actual letter should follow within the week.

Received 11/22 (report 11/23). 'Complete' e-mail 11/28

They are 2 days early!! (Since they said it'd take 4-6 weeks from the day they receive the report). I'm glad they sent these out before they close for the Holidays. Just FYI, UCI administrative offices will be closed from this Friday until Jan 3rd.

Congratulations to admits and best of luck to those still waiting to hear back!
