I love how it just says "Decision Made" on there. I suspect it's a wishy-washy way of saying that you've been rejected.

Honestly, I'm not really caring. I've had four other schools tell me yes and I'm waiting for my top pick to come out and tell me yes or no. (Damn you, Minnesota, for taking so long!)

Good luck to those who are waiting. If I'm waitlisted, I'll withdraw right away. If I'm accepted, I'll probably still withdraw. With my numbers, I probably won't get scholarship money, so there's no way I can afford to attend. (Well, yes, I COULD go take out loans, but I'm looking get out with very little debt.)

Mine said that and I was accepted with a decent scholly.

Getting ready to send in my seat deposit. Any idea how to go about doing this in the easiest way possible? Is there a way to submit it online with a credit card?

I visited notre dame last week. I'm on the wait list. The school was incredible. My congrats to everyone who has gotten in. Hopefully, I'll nab a spot this summer.

How is Notre Dames job prospects as well as its reputation? I mean the name alone is very prestigious, I am curious how its law school is regarded, can anyone chime in?

Heard it's not great at the moment because of a lack of a local market. Not trying to troll, I really liked Notre Dame but the OCI data scared me away. I am about to pick GW instead even though it would be about 40k cheaper (through three years) for me to go to ND. I'm also interested in IP or healthcare law so GW made sense. But I really like ND's campus and the "feel" of the school.

As weird as it sounds, I think Warren Buffett's advice, (and I paraphrase) "get greedy when others are scared and scared when others are greedy" might be perfect here. I think it is an excellent time to go to law school. Better chances of getting into a better law school, and less competition when we graduate. Think positive!

I was waitlisted in early february. today, my page updated with First and Second seat deposits, with the date they're due and the amount paid. What does it mean??

I have first and second seat deposit on there too, doesn't have a date on there just a spot on there that says first deposit, second deposit... Also on the WL. I'm not sure if it was there before though. Did yours definitely not have that on there prior to today?

Yep totally positive. I have the status checker program on my computer and it tells you about any changes.

Just got an email in reference to waitlist and how they're going to start reviewing applications around 4/20

They said that the 20th was the magic number in the email. But they also said we had until the 1st of may to respond and confirm our interest. My guess is no one yet

So it looks like I'm going to be withdrawing tomorrow. I'll miss Notre Dame, but I hope one of you gets my spot and grows to love it as much as I have! Also, I'm freeing up LOTS of scholarship monies, so hopefully one of you gets that as well! Man is it hard to leave this place...
