I got that as well. It would actually be nice to get an admission decision from them. Since I have been in "stage 2/2" since January 4th. Oh and I did have the interview as well. So, I am just waiting..................
Well...surprise surprise. Just got the phone call and accepted! Asked about letter and scholarship information and was told it would be coming by the end of March.

End of March? Yeeesh. The only consolation I can offer is that CWRU is generous with scholarships, but that seems like they're really pushing it - Apr. 15 is decision day most places, isn't it?

Anyway, any questions?

Accepted via phone call. Received the same info on scholarships. Within the next couple weeks. Anyone have any idea as to the types of scholarships they'll be dealing out this year?

I visited tuesday. I asked about the whole scholarship thing and they told me that they were doing that stuff now and that it is now "down to weeks" until theyll be out. Meh.

I have a question for any current Case Law students. An admissions rep gave a presentation at my school and throughout the presentation she emphasized the "case arch" program and how much it benefited students. What is this program, and how valuable is it really?

Finally went 2/2 today. Hopefully this doesn't take as long as some of the others on here...

Just got a rejection call from Case. Is that common? I was safely above both medians, so this was a bit of a surprise. I got in to better schools, and had money from peer schools. Was expecting a nice scholarship.

When were you accepted? Was the scholarship amount what you were expecting? Feel free to PM me if you want.

Case Arc is our practical lawyering skills program (legal research + writing + simulations). It's one of those things you'll hate while your in it, but it's really helpful once you get into the real world. You only get two credits a semester (you are in an aspect of the program for four semesters), and it's a lot of work, but from what I gather, it's like that at every school. Basically, you write memos, motions, contracts and other legal documents. Then a few times a semester you "simulate" a negotiation, a client meeting, ect - and local lawyers give you feedback. I use my memo writing skills from this class every day at work. I haven't really used anything I've gained from the negotiations yet, but I feel like its the only thing in law school that is actually teaching me how to be a lawyer.

Wow. I can't believe that would come in a phone call. I've never heard of that before.

Awkward call. Their rejection email talks about transferring there. Good luck to everyone else though.

I don't think they have any.... do they? I'm pretty sure they didn't last year, that was a big new thing that Dean Mitchell implemented.

In today via phone call. Not going to lie though, I'm a little disappointed... it was a DC area code and I thought it was Georgetown.
Hoping for some scholarship info soon!
