I'm trying to get more scholarship money from L&C... What do you guys think are some peer schools that would make a good bargaining tool? (Hopefully they're on my list )

I imagine UW would be the most convincing case.

Got my acceptance packet today but no mention of scholarship. I would really like to go there but I can't give L&C serious consideration without money.

My application went complete 11/21, and I also had a status date change on 01/04, and this one (02/02) was my second one, I believe.

And I'm a part-time applicant.

Also just noticed that my requirement list disappeared today too, which some people mentioned having happen before getting a decision...

Meh, It was a toss up. The 3.3. is actually GPA, LSAC is actually 3.1, just forgot to change it. I also didn't write a "why L&C" letter or anything like that. Good luck to you! I'm also OOS, not that it should matter.

So it seems they send letters for accepting students , and emails for rejecting students.

Thank you.....rejections sting even when they aren't from your first choice schools. My last status update was 12/19 and I had applied to both the JD and LLM programs. Double rejection lol

Just opened my mail box and there was a packet from Office of Admission...OMG MY HEART LITERALLY STOPPED! and guess what? it was just a "practical skills brochure" I wonder if this is a good sign? or no sign? did people who got rejected get this package? this wait is killingggggggggggggg me..

Same exact thing happened to me. I really hope it's a good sign, but it probably means nothing. I bet the send promo material to all the applicants.

every time i watch portlandia, i want to go here more and more
