Especially at CA schools . I would go with an LOCI if you really want to attend, but your numbers seem like they could get you in somewhere ranked higher?

I've been in review since mid november but just checked my status update and it said decision rendered. Better late than never, now just hoping for some good news.

Another week of no movement. It's passed 5-month mark now... At this point all I can do is laugh.

I just got wait listed with a 2.83 and a 166, does anyone know what the chances are of getting into Loyola this year from the wait-list? Anyone think I have a good chance, wondering if I should commit somewhere else or not?

I called Loyola today and asked them if my application was still just complete or in review. I was told that it is indeed in review and I wil probably hear back in the next two weeks. I guess I have to put down a deposit at USD either way.

They have said the same thing for the past 5 months. In my mind, there is practically no difference except a lot of people have been accepted already.

Do they make phone calls for admits? As in, if you've gone DR and haven't gotten a phone call, the best you'll get is a waitlist offer?

No they just send you a letter in the mail letting you know if you're in or not.
