I think your numbers are strong in comparison to others I have seen. Is that your first LSAT? You should have thrown some apps at the T14, someone would've bitten.InGoodFaith wrote:+1. Yep that was my first LSAT. I def regret not sending out apps to better schools, but lesson learned! There's always next year.

I was deferred too 169 3.65...I talked to Admissions about the time line for the regular decision (really embarrassing because I was kind of crying) and i got passed to someone in charge and they said that the fact that people applied ED would be taken into consideration with the RD cycle...apparently hundreds and hundreds of people applied ED and we shouldn't feel bad.
still sucks though.

Exactly how I'm feeling. An acceptance from another school would really be appreciated right about now. I really hope BU gives us their RD quickly instead of making us wait even longer.cstan wrote:I was deferred too 169 3.65...I talked to Admissions about the time line for the regular decision (really embarrassing because I was kind of crying) and i got passed to someone in charge and they said that the fact that people applied ED would be taken into consideration with the RD cycle...apparently hundreds and hundreds of people applied ED and we shouldn't feel bad.

Re: Boston University c/o 2015 Applicants
well yeah that was my first question...I wanted to know whether our applications entered the RD people as if we had applied before 11/15 in the rolling admissions process...or whether they would be entered as of right now and we would find out in march or something...didn't really get a good answer, but she was very nice. i think I still really want to go to BU, so i'm praying!

Do it now! Ask for waivers if you can't afford it. I'm sure you can still get in somewhere. It's still early.InGoodFaith wrote:JoeMo wrote:I think your numbers are strong in comparison to others I have seen. Is that your first LSAT? So sorry to everyone who got bad news today I haven't heard anything as of yet. With the numbers that you guys have, though, you should feel good about your chances for good $ in RD, but I know that probably isn't much consolation. Still have my fingers crossed for good news, but definitely not feeling great about my chances atm.

That's the way I feel. Fwiw I submitted nov 4th so I kind of think these denials are just going out to people that applied earlier and they havent got to me yet (don't wanna get my hopes up)eemi wrote:So sorry to everyone who got bad news today I haven't heard anything as of yet.
