That's one possible explanation, but I'm pretty sure that most 12/6ers weren't waiting on a retake.

Been sitting on "Application on Hold" for exactly a month now. They sent me an e-mail on 12/6 requesting a bit more information, I sent back the extra materials later that day via e-mail, and I've still been sitting on Hold for a month since. Frustrating. Good luck to all you who just updated!

For those accepted, what was the longest you waited before hearing about scholarship information? Does anyone know when the scholarship gates generally close/bottleneck for BU?

Same. Maybe 1/3 isn't a uniform group in terms of acceptances, holds, etc

Same here, this is depressing. I doubt it is a uniform group. Of the list I made earlier of 1/3 updaters only 2 or 3 out of 8 or so have gotten a phone call so far.

It was 1/3. It's so hard to tell what the dates even mean.

Probably because the dates are meaningless, but people obsessed and freak out anyway. Same thing happens when LSAT scores are released, everyone asks about test center, where you live, your last name, etc. It's all absurd.

I'm in the group that updated 1/3. Today I got an email asking for an updated transcript because the one I initially sent LSAC didn't actually say I'd graduated (Didn't realize I should ask for them to hold it till the degree was conferred).

Anyway, I'm clearly not getting a decision anytime soon. So, I'm not convinced the status updates mean much, except that they're reviewing your application.

Don't know if that's good news or bad news.

Graduated in June and sent my transcripts around August? (estimate). I thought they would reflect my degree by then, but apparently my UG's registrar is slow.

Well, I was accepted the week before Christmas and have yet to hear. Others have said that they got it in a few days. So I guess it depends. :|

but congratulations and celebrate getting in for now! Worry about scholarship and deciding where to go once you get the info. That's what I'm doing/trying to do.

Seriously? What are you waiting for?

Now there's a charge.
