Also in at UGA via status checker today! I applied pretty late in the cycle so this has been my first acceptance thus far.

166/ 3.61 are the stats for those curious.

Georgia upped my scholarship today without me asking... anyone else? Can I take this as a good sign for negotiating more?

How do they send scholarship info? How long does it take to get after acceptance email?

Congrats! Did you receive notice by snail mail? I am in GA waiting by the mailbox.

What is the order that your status checker goes though? Mine is under review, and I cant remember if it was complete before this or not.

Me too. I'm guessing no sub-3 splitter love this year, since I'm a 179/2.6 October submitter and I'm in the same boat.

Complete.. then under review... then who knows what- I haven't gotten that far yet. I'm kind of disappointed to find out there was a wave of acceptances today while I wait in review purgatory :/

What are your numbers? I'm hoping for a follow-up scholly letter, but I didn't see one today. Really hoping for more than $5k a year.

Me, too! 50% increase in the original offer received by USPS. A great day for mail.

I got in on 2-24 last year with a 2.4/167 after applying in october. I can't speak to the admission staff's goals this year, but I can tell you that there are a bunch of 167+ severe splitters in the class of 2014. Don't despair just yet; I'd guess that splitters start getting the green light soon.

On an unrelated note, if anyone has any questions about uga law generally I'd be happy to try to help.

The folks who received scholarship increases: Do you live in Georgia? I actually requested an increase and I'd like to attribute the lack of response to mailing time from GA to VA. Wish thinking...?
