Submitted 11/23, Complete yesterday, 1/18/12. Status still reads: Complete/Will Send Decision By April 1, but under "Mailings" it updated to: "Congratulations! Admit Packet Mailed 1/18/12"--though it did not appear until today.

My status checker says W&M mailed my admit package today!! I didn't think I would hear back from them so early with my numbers. The application went complete on 12/14. Congratulations to everyone who got in this week!

Submitted 12/22, went complete 1/10, in via email today (well, technically yesterday, since it's now after midnight for me)! I definitely wasn't expecting a decision so quickly, but it totally made my day! And congrats to everybody else who got the email!

I don't think William and Mary gives full rides. And tuition right now is around 31000-32000 for out of state, so at least law school is cheaper than undergrad.

It's like when beer is cheaper than gas.

Does everyone have "Seat Deposit" listed under the Fees section of the status checker? I just noticed it, but it might have always been there

Got in Thursday via email. Scholarship info came in the mail Saturday, $20,000 per year. Did not expect to get that much at all.

I was informed I was complete 1.18 (even though I was actually complete a few weeks before) then I received an e-mail on 1.19 informing me I was in. I got the admit packet on 1.20.

171, 3.44. I got 14 k a year, though, I thought (and was hoping) it would be a bit more than this. If W&M ends up being one of my top choices, you think I have a shot at negotiating more $$?

Does anyone have your complete dates change all the time? Mine was initially complete a week ago, then complete again three days ago, and now a new date but same status...what can this mean?

This is my hypothesis:
1st Complete Date - Person A
2nd Complete Date - Person B
3rd Complete Date - Dean

I originally was complete in late November. I then received an email requesting my Fall grades. It said that Dean Shealy needed to see my grades before making a final decision on my application. Luckily for me I did extremely well this past semester. Since W&M received my grades in late December I have had no status changes. Do you think it would be wise/unwise to send in a LOCI? W&M is definitely my top choice. Thanks for the response!
