In with scholarship! Found out Sunday night. I guess the envelope had been sitting in my kitchen for 2 days!
Does anyone know how the residency situation is, vis-a-vis getting Virginia residency for your second and third year if you're from out of state? Possible?

Really, really difficult in VA.

This seems to be the general response for most states which sucks for me. The honest truth is that places I'm applying (with the exception of ND) and maybe Texas (wouldn't mind living there at all and probably will long-term if they accept me, but would have more NYC / DC big law aspirations if I go there) are in areas I wouldn't mind living / realize I will long term if I go to that law school

I think last Thursday... LOL. I forgot. Might have been Friday. Too lazy to look back. But some people have been reporting like less than a week between submitting and admission.
