Just admitted with a phone call from Dean Schwartz. After hardly any action on this thread recently, hopefully this will get things going again. Submitted January 4th, complete a few days after.

Is anyone going to the all-expenses paid trip/dinner on Feb 9th for URM and talked with the dean/planners about submitting costs? I live in boston, so debating if a round-trip flight and wknd hotel would fall under all-expenses, or they meant more of a bus ride, haha

I'm probably going but I'm from LA so I don't feel that special. They really do mean all expenses including food etc.

Feb 9? I thought it was April 15...

h'ok, so the dinner is just for local peeps...by "your expenses being covered" they meant dinner (which can still be pretty catastrophic as the buffet line and I are old friends)...guess I'll be waiting til April!
