Thanks! That movie made me want to go to law school when I was 10, and it was on TV the night that I told my parents that I was going to law school (my dream) instead of med school (their dream for me). Elle Woods and I have A LOT in common so it's kind of a running joke with my friends and family haha.UMiamiCane wrote:T00L wrote:

I love her username! When I got my first LSAT score back, the only thing that stopped me from crying was that movie. I swear it was no coincidence that it was on TV just as scores were coming out!

Wow, got in today. Wasn't expecting such a fast turnaround. Pretty stoked. WUSTL is definitely a viable contender, depending on scholarships and such. Greetings to all the other admittees and hopefuls!

Every time someone goes "Wow you got in to <insert well-known law school name>?" I am sooo tempted to respond with "What, like it's hard?"...but I'm afraid they won't get the joke and I'll just look like an arrogant brat.UMiamiCane wrote:Well she did get a 179!msblaw89 wrote:

At least we aren't discussing Legally Blonde anymore.....
That, and planning to "where" matching colored shirts on ASD have been my all time favorite conversations on TLS.

Re: WUSTL c/o 2015 Applicants (2011-2012 cycle)
I posted this earlier in the thread when it was still a fledgling thread, but I don't think many people saw it. Wanted to let you guys know that we have a pretty solid group of WUSTL students who are willing to answer questions about just about anything related to WUSTL, the job market, the application process, St. Louis, being a law student, etc. If you guys have any questions, check this thread out:

Best of luck with your cycles and decisions.

I've read quite a few of the old posts in that thread, and at some point I'll probably be in before long for this year's edition of "answer all the 0L questions all over again." Thanks a ton, Romo!romothesavior wrote:I posted this earlier in the thread when it was still a fledgling thread, but I don't think many people saw it.
