Update #3 for me today (1/4, 1/6, & 1/9), no pw.

BTW: I hope no one at GULC can see that I've tried to access ASW like 342 times since my last update. Then again, maybe it will prove that I really, really like DC.

hahahaha I definitely have thought about this and how embarrassing it would be if they could see how many times I've tried to log on. My friends think I am going insane, but I'm glad people are in the same obsessive boat I am in

yeah this is what i think every time i try it. i picture looking at my name on the future reject list while they count the number of times i've tried to log in and laughing.

Got an email saying the decision for my admission is being postponed until the application pool is complete. Does anyone know what this means relative to being waitlisted? I guess it's better since they're not putting me on the waitlist right away, but just means I'll probably be waitlisted in the future, right?

Any insight or thoughts would be helpful as this is a kind of a downer since my interview went really well and I thought that would be the final step towards being admitted.

Yeah, but you also have a really good GPA. I mean, you're right, it could be bad, but it could mean they're just still looking at you while they may have made a decision on the rest of us.

don't mean to call anyone out and am only posting things from your post history but if any of you want this deleted just tell me!

cog: 173/3.1 (gpa)
goblue 164/3.82 (both lower than you)
nametaken 175/3.9, just got a KB1 if I remember (congrats!) (above both 75ths)
me: 173/3.88 (above both 75ths)

It kind of looks like a waitlist group. this is assuming that there IS significance relating to when you update, which is questionable at best.

anyway, I think there's still hope for you and your great GPA!

Does anyone have any idea of when Gtown starts re-reviewing the apps of people placed on the preferred waitlist? I was placed on the preferred waitlist on 1/6. Wondering how early or late I might get notice of an acceptance or rejection.

I was notified by email on Friday saying that I would be placed on the waiting list (updated 1/3, 1/4, 1/5, 1/6 decision) but JUST updated to 1/9. What does this mean? I have yet to send a LOCI, so I really am pretty surprised/worried that my status updated today...

Search "status checker addiction cure" and find the thread. There is an app you can d/l that will track all of your status checkers for you so you don't have to look at them individually. It gives you options to be notified by email, text, or both.

This just happened for me. Maybe it's just updating from Friday's news? Their checker updates so often it's hard to say.
