i guess they might be keeping my app on the backburner to see if they can fit my #'s in with their admits though. hopefully that's the case.
I am no expert on URM matters, but I would imagine that Mexican applicants are less-"under represented" at UT than at many other schools which are located outside of the border states. So you can't necessarily use this as an indicator of the rest of your cycle. This aside, I would advise you anyway to not get worked up over one decision. There's a long road ahead still... stay positive
