regular WL is basically a rejection right? because everyone on preferred would get in before they start pulling from the WL. Not trying to be a debbie downer just trying to see if i should put any more energy into gtown.

Is there any chance of me negotiating for a GTown scholarship? I got in off the waitlist, and I have a sizable sum from WUSTL. Really anything would help, no matter how small.

Any news for people who updated today? I was RD, interviewed in Dec., deferred in Dec., and just updated to 2/10/12 this afternoon. No emails yet..

Interview went great, was genuinely interested and excited and just a really wonderful person all-around. Hoping I'll have a very tough decision to make between Gtown and Mich...

From reading stats on the special+preferred, it looks like YP. We're talking 177, 4.0ers here. But that can't be the whole truth to it for course.

Depends on if you had an interview. Interviews usually add 2 updates I believe.
