X2. Would be brilliant to get a response from Cornell within the next few weeks!

So I've been going through the LSN data and apparently everyone who submitted their application on 9/15 was accepted. That could be good news for those of us with borderline numbers that are hoping for whatever kind of EA bump they can get as admissions goes through each batch :)

Not necessarily. People are more likely to post on LSN if they got accepted or already have good numbers. I submitted on 9/15, went complete 9/26, and nothing since. Radio silence is killing me  any thoughts on what this means?

I submitted on 9/15 as well and there was a lot of green near my numbers last year. /confused

I REALLY want Cornell too. Hopefully we'll be part of the next wave.

ETA: I'm a little scared of that 3.6 floor that is beginning to appear on LSN.

Has your status checker changed at all? And what do you mean by green around your status?

I was complete in September. There were some changes in the dates (the last one being 11/8) so I'm guessing they must have at least looked at my app before the 11/9 decisions went out and decided to hold it for now.

Green around my numbers meaning I was hopeful for Cornell because people with my numbers last year did well (low 170s/~3.5).

Are you a splitter by any chance? Perhaps they were waiting for more information about the applicant pool/how many applications they were getting. In any event, I would imagine things are looking more favorable for EA splitters and borderline candidates like me after seeing the October LSAT taker numbers

This is exciting. You're less than .05 above my GPA, and we have the same LSAT. On the other hand, they received my application on 11/1, and they're still verifying my materials for completion. Bleh.

Good Luck! I'll keep my fingers crossed.

Will they be sending out scholly information in their decision packet? Has anyone gotten theirs yet?

Yes certainly a splitter. 161, 4.11, NA. I know it's a longshot but still lol

With no rejections on LSN, there isn't really a "floor" appearing. No need to panic yet, especially since last year's median was 3.66....

A lemur over in the October 2011 LSAT waiting thread heard that some people here were concerned about having not been in the first round of admissions decisions, so he wanted to come say something.

No screw that lemur. Stressing for the win.

Does anyone know if the acceptance emails are supposed to have scholarship offers in them (if offered) or will they be in the admissions packet that's being mailed?
